Well, after years of kayak fishing, I finally got a pdl kayak a couple of years ago, and it's an old town 106 sportsman pdl. I really like that kayak, but it's so heavy that it's not good for creek floats. I picked up a Cresent Primo last spring, and it's awesome. It only weighs 60 lbs, and now I have two great kayaks for different applications. I would like to have a power pole for it, but that would be all I would put on it. You have some very nice rigs. 👊👍
Yeah I learned over the years that it's definitely best to have a little bit of something for each way efficient you know I love fish in the lakes and Tournament Fishing I love fishing the rivers I love fishing the creek so when I have something for a little bit of everything! Now I guess I just need to get me a little John boat so I can take the kids out more LOL

I was wondering because you were throwing that rod pretty good in your kayak I didn’t know go with the seven footers or 6 foot 10 rods in my kayak is summer what’s the longest rod you fish with in your kayak

Awesome job brother it is a true blessing that the sport you love to compete in can be done pretty much all year round. Great bunch of anglers competing despite the cold weather and it makes perfect sense if you enjoy something so much what can stop you from learning, building confidence and working on your strategic battle plan to make yourself a better angler. Try using a figure 8 motion with your rod tip and lure about 2 feet back. Continue until the fish swims off. This motion triggers strikes. Stand and give it a try the next time you get a follower.
The mount for your graph thats attached to the hrail, what is that.

@BASSnBEER I seen that but how do you have it attached to the hrail. Thats the biggest problem with hobie, the hrail, i love it but it can be a pain sometimes attaching things to it without having to have adapters. Which ketch makes a grer trac that mounts to the hrail now but it isn't cheap. Also does the nk 180 have reverse.
@@C.Adams82 I got you I thought that might have been what you were asking but wasn't for sure, I do have some of the yak attack adapters! But that track I'm using for my graphs is an adapter as well and I think they quit making them if I can find the link I'll send it to you, the track on it's about 9 in long so you can put more stuff on it and it's really simple just boats on to the Hrail!!! And yes the nk180 has reverse!!! Check out the new Ketch Hrail adapters...that's what I would go with!
